Transforming an old house into a fresh new multifunctional studio space. The bones of the original house have been altered and added onto many times through its life, creating a hotchpotch of disconnected spaces. 

Through this proposal we seek to reconnect the building to achieve a consistent flow. The new center features a shared work space blending in with the open plan living space, an IV bar, a recording studio, spa treatment spaces and living quarters.
