A different approach to a conventional estate that looked at creating affordable middle-class housing. The aim was to try and bring some city life to your normal townhouse complex while maintaining the privacy of the family units.

We designed a row house typology as an option for a medium-income threshold. This typology allowed us to maximise the site and efficiency of building while creating a communal and urban environment.
